Earl R. Prochnick
Earl has over twenty years of federal, state and international tax experience serving public and private businesses, entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals and executives. He has extensive experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to closely-held businesses, real estate ventures and funds, and private REITs.
Prior to joining Durbin Bennett in 2004, Earl was a Senior Manager with KPMG in Austin.
Earl has a Master's Degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. He has spoken at various seminars involving real estate taxation including the 53rd Texas CPA Tax Institute and the Austin Chapter of CPA's 2007 Annual Tax Conference. As an active member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Earl currently serves on the Society's Professional Ethics Committee and has previously served on the Society's Relations With IRS and Federal Tax Policy committees. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Earl has also received the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) Credential.
